Here are the photos from our little photo shoot the other day. I wanted some 3-year old pics to display at her party. And I was excited to try on all of her new birthday outfits. (I cannot get enough of all the cute things out there for little girls! Big weakness.) I was sad that it had been too freezing to go outside and some of my new fabrics for backdrops hadn't arrived in time, but I think the basic white turned out OK. It kind of puts the focus just on my beautiful little girl. I love her so much and I am so blessed to get to be a mom of this girl. She is growing up so fast. I can't believe she just turned three! I will post her party hopefully soon, but for now, here are some of just her.
She is looking way too grown up in these!!
This is the storyboard I had made up for her party. I had such a hard time narrowing it down, so I made a way to big board that could fit five pictures. Now...where to put it now that the party is over...
Here is a peek at a session I've been working on. I just had to make these three photos into a storyboard sample. I promise the rest of the session is coming soon. The photos are completed but I'm just too tired to do a full preview and get them uploaded tonight...So there will be more to come in the next couple days!
I ordered me a picture board and I thought I would share it. I love it because you don't need a frame (although it can be framed). You can just set it up for display or put it on one of those cute easels. It's just another idea of how to display your photographs. They are sprayed with a lustre coating so they are protected and come in just about any size you'd like. Just thought I'd share it in case anyone is interested in one of these for their picture orders! (Great gift idea!) I also offer these as "storyboards" in which you can have a collage of pictures displayed. I think I eventually will make me up one of those as well!
Such a beautiful name...Such a beautiful girl! Lily was so fun to photograph. I am sure her personality shows right through in these pics! What a darling. Oh, and I can't forget to mention her piercing blue eyes! WOW!
Picture-taking can be so hard on these little ones sometimes!
I began photography as a hobby when I realized how much I love capturing every feature and detail of my children. I decided that I really wanted pictures that showed them exactly how they are, so I began learning and practicing photography. I love providing beautiful images that can capture those precious details that you want to save forever!
